On October 28, 2025, Wortell Ready will take place at the beautiful Louwman Museum in The Hague. A place where history and innovation come together… classic cars on one side, the future of technology on the other.

This year’s theme is all about driving the future. How do we move from experimenting with AI to truly redesigning the way we work? How do we move from pilots to impact? And how do pioneers set the pace for others to follow?

Innovation becomes real when industry and technology meet. Together with Damen Shipyards, I’ll share how AI is already shaping processes in practice, and what this means for organizations ready to take the next step.

Because technology alone is not enough. People remain the heart of every transformation. In this session, I’ll share how to build your personal brand, step onto the stage with confidence, and inspire others.. inside and outside your organization.

Most sessions during Ready will be in Dutch 🇳🇱. But the inspiration goes beyond language. This is about vision, courage, and action.. qualities every leader and professional needs as we step into the AI frontier.
